Aluminum profile aging furnace is an equipment in the production process of aluminum profile heat treatment, the extruded aluminum profile can only enter the surface treatment processes such as electrophoresis, polishing and oxidation after aging heat treatment. Aging of aluminum profiles is one of the key processes of heat treatment. This process has strict requirements on the heating rate and furnace temperature uniformity, and the process aging temperature is mostly (210 ± 5) ℃ . 2. Our aluminum profile aging furnace is synchronized with the foreign new furnace structure, using new high temperature equalizing technology and new furnace structure, adopting PID automatic temperature control, and executing the optimal aluminum profile aging process curve with high precision. Remarks: The production capacity can be designed according to customer needs.
